Altsearchengines organized a "Day Without Google". That was yesterday. The excersize was to see whether you can do one day without google, using alternative search engines. None of the perticipants succeeded - one even failed after subconciously opening up google's page and he only realized it when the results were presented on his screen. This can only mean one thing : Google = Big Brother. And therefore, big brother is good.

Yes, Most of us can't.
However, some local language search engines can be the replacement for somebody don't use english. such as baidu.com in china

where is yahoo or msn?
