Access Consolidation
Filed in archive Web 2.0 by S.M. Schrama on December 29, 2006
Years ago we chatted using different programs, trying to figure out a way of connecting all the different chat networks together, as some people were on AOL, others on ICQ and so on. Software was written (like gaim) that could use several networks at once making it easier to manage your contacts.

But now, in the *Web 2.0 era*, things are getting better. , ProfileLinker wants to aggregate your social networking experience :
ProfileLinker is trying to aggregate your data from existing networks and make it more useful.
It is more than a credential collector, but if you make use of several networks, it will help you a great deal.
