Years ago we chatted using different programs, trying to figure out a way of connecting all the different chat networks together, as some people were on AOL, others on ICQ and so on. Software was written (like gaim) that could use several networks at once making it easier to manage your contacts.
But now, in the *Web 2.0 era*, things are getting better. , ProfileLinker wants to aggregate your social networking experience :
