Lots of people always claimed that commercialising the internet would take away it's future. Fortunately, these people were wrong and the internet still exists. To be exact, the internet is bigger than ever and eveolves into a communication medium that provides us with much more than what we can pull up on our screen. And the commercial side ? Advertisement is everywhere on the internet. Some are annoying but apparently there are certain trends in advertising so they will disappear in time.

A new and clever way of advertising is injecting ads in RSS feeds. That way you will even reach the readers that never surf to your website but rather reed the feed. Feedvertising is such a company. They've developed a clever way of advertising. Feedvertising is a product of TextLinkAds.
Feedvertising allows bloggers and other site owners to include advertisements or other messages in their RSS feeds.
Yes, in a perfect world we would cut out advertisment, but hey, this is the real world, not the perfect one. That one is a couple of planets to your right….

I am writing a research paper on advertising and am going for the thesis statement: “Advertising is a business like any other that shouldn’t have any limits, as long as it is morally correct for any viewer”.
I believe advertising is. Just imagine yourself, without any advertising… How would you know about the new products coming out that may interrest you ? about new movies coming out? about… Any special event coming to your town that you may be interrested in?
Advertising is very important in our society nowadays. Of course advertising on the internet is sometimes a pain, because it not only slows down your connection, but there are dozens of popups, and very often adult, sexually oriented ads, that should not be found on websites viewable by children.
I agree with your statement. I even believe that the decision on advertisement being morally correct is for the viewer to decide. What is normal for non-religious people could be morally unacceptable by others, and so on.
hello this is really good advertising :]… from blondie
