On Web 2.0, all is about appearance. How so ? Well, on social networks every user has an icon, or better said, an avatar. What is an avatar ? Well, it is a little image of something that represents you. The use of avatars is getting more and more important, and companies now emerge offering just and only that : the creation of avatars. Mypictr offered this service already, but now there's Gizmoz.
Our mission at Gizmoz is simple: - We want to add emotional fun to personal digital communication, across all platforms and by that, CHANGE THE FACE OF your PERSONAL COMMUNICATION EXPERIENCE (Gizmozz).Gizmoz's sharon was kind enough to create me a talking head (Sharon I'll get you for this ;)) and I have to admit, it's pretty funny what you can do. The biggest differrence with other avatars is, of course, moving images and sound. Check 'm out.

If you are active on a lot of websites, often you have an avatar to go with your nickname. For those who don't know, an avatar is a little image you put in your profile, can be a picture but also something else. Now if you don't have software on your computer to resize or crop pictures to create an avatar for yourself, Mypictr is here to help. How ? Simply upload your image and crop it online. Nice ! A little dropdown menu lets you choose the site you want an avatar for and presets the size of the avatar for you.
