Bitwine offers an interesting alternative to a lot of websites. When you are looking for expertise in a certain field, it is often nice to talk to someone. Bitwine enables this. How does it work ? Simple.
People that are experts in a certian field get listed and registered. They also state their per-minute fee. Anyone looking for answers browse the site per topic, find and SELECT the expert and get in touch. After the consult is over, the expert is paid through paypal. I don't think this would ever work, but Bitwine thought about that and partnered with a mayor player : Skype. In Skype 3.0, Bitwine will be a plugin. And that may just be the key to survival for Bitwine.

There is one point which most Blogger missed. Bloggers are the perfect Experts for BitWine and has the most to gain.
Bloggers with added value, and ready made audience can post a simple link that will generate many direct paid calls to them.
