Code practice : JS-KIT
Filed in archive Web 2.0 on December 1, 2006
My eye fel on a short review of JS-KIT, something more for code-minded people than for feedreaders. So what is it ? It's one line of code that makes threaded comments possible in any web site. How does that make me feel ? Great. The inventor of this excellent piece of code is Lev Walkin, a Cisco Security Engineer who came up with the idea when he was helping out his wife designing a website.
I only have one concern : Everything is running from and on Lev's server. Image thousands of people actually using the code and Lev wants to lower the electricity bill ?
