Coghead is more than just a Slogan I can get behind. It's a clean online application builder that takes the complex job of creating an online database and makes it almost simple.(Webware)
It is a pretty clear application, written in Flash, that allows you to build your databases quickly, and create forms you can embed in your website easily.
The applications currently offered in the application gallery right on the site are almost all for business use - from crm apps to timewriting and project management tools. All in all, it's a pretty serious app that could become a serious player in the field.

There is a bunch of companies now coming up in that space including dabble DB, longjump and Applicationexchange.com. Plus the market leader Salesforce.com and old timers like Intuit with quickbase.com
