Because Gliffy is a web application, you and your IT staff no longer have to worry about keeping your software up to date. Each time you use Gliffy, you get the most recent version of the software automatically.

This is an important feature that comes with almost all webbased programs : no need for backups. Mostly it's all kept for you and there's extended versioning inside the site so you can easily revert back to older versions. But most importantly : runs on any platform with a webbrowser and an internet connection.

I've been using Gliffy for a while and really like it. There's a competitor out there called Cumulate Draw. It doesn't have the features as Gliffy but doesn't need Flash. I've just written a review at my blog. My blog is to uninstall ALL applications from my desktop and replace it with online tools. Check the review out at:
