Fixya : User Guides and Repair Service

Like any other consumer out there, FixYa's founders had a hard time finding relevant and updated support information for their printerFixya says that their knowledgebase is superior because it's based upon user's experience rather than manufacturers FAQ's. And they could well be correct there. I hope they are,, but I wonder if they will ever charge money for their service, as they might grow very big.....or digital camera, and therefore decided to create this site.(Fixya:About Us)
