Although it is not unsuspected (is that a word??), video is coming to Flickr soon. Some believed that Yahoo!Video was to be replaced, but apparently that is not the case.
…rumors are flying that Yahoo intends to integrate video into Flickr very soon, perhaps in the next three weeks. Part of the delay may have been a long internal debate about how to make Flickr Video special and distinct from what YouTube already offers. (Techcrunch)

While YouTube has a large share of market, video is growing fast on the Web. The problem for Yahoo is that many Flickr members, like myself, have gone to other places to share videos. Winning them back is going to be a challenge. (News.com)
I wonder if people will go back, now that they're used to Youtube already. I guess time will tell.

I think that if you already post your photos on Flickr, you’ll probably start posting your videos there as well, just as soon as they open up the option.
rue, but if you have the habit of putting videos elsewhere, why would you change?
