Twing is a new search engine that only helps you find forums and online communities, nothing else. If you went to Google and tried to find a forum on a subject you wanted to chat about, you'd have to first sift through all the other entries on that subject before weeding out any potential forums or communities.
On top of being able to find forums and online communities you'll also be able to create your own online community. Twing also has blogs and forums of it's own that you can use. Sign up for alerts so you can be notifies when something interesting comes your way.
