Fring gets funding

I offers you voip (SIP based, fortunately), skype, gtalk and yahoo!messenger connectivity through their own interface. Fabulous for the average connectivity couch-potatoe, like me. Often I don't want to bring the macbook to the couch, but communication can't stop. Fring is ideal for that. And the good news is that investors seem to agree :
Israeli-based VOIP start-up Fring has closed an estimated $12 million second round, led by US VC fund North Bridge Venture Partners. VenFin and previous investors Pitango, Veritas and Yossi Vardi also participated. If the investment estimate is accurate, it would be one of the larger rounds for a VOIP company.()
Impressive !
