When Google released it's Web Toolkit, a rumor said they developed it together with Morfik. Morfik just sent a press release, starting:"Morfik Will Pursue all Avenues to Protect its IP Rights". A major search engine development party (Google ?) was given access to JavaScript Synthesis Technology, "JST".
At this moment in time it is still unclear what Morfik tries to accomplish, but it looks like Google developed their WBT after having studied Morfik's technology.
