What do you think about zyb.com (the phone backup service)? They have just started GCal import to zyb and further sync it with the mobile.

I have high hope for Goosync but there are privacy concerns folks should no about before they use this BETA service. First you have to give them your Google login. Second, with some devices your calendar info may get mixed up with someone else's calendar. I wrote up a review that discusses these in more detail: http://www.squidoo.com/goosync/

GooSync Update:
Fixed Duplicate ID issue with PocketPC.
No long require Google credintials, simply authorize Goosync from with your Google Calendar.
Now support recurring appointments.
