This USB telegraph receiver converts RSS feeds to Morse code and then clatters them out at speed. This could be very useful for those times when you can't look at the screen (say, when you're performing surgery) but still want to keep up with your feeds.(Link)
Looks a lot like my IP to Smokesignal converter....
