Ajax

The eye-candy that we generally refer to as AJAX is now in our reach : lightbox is here. The effect of an image that opens floating over the current page is clear and simple beauty. As a webhoster and hobbyprogrammer I was eager to be able to use this kind of eye-candy for myself. I found it in Lightbox. Lightbox is very easy to use : sourcing some scripts and an addition to your href containers is all you need to do.

If you are running a wordpress blog, there's a nice and wellworking plugin that will do all this foryou : from the moment you activate it on, all images you post will be opened the lighthouse way.
