Whether you're looking for a job or looking to hire someone for a job, RealMatch has what you need. With RealMatch you won't have to search through hundreds of job listings just to find one that actually matches your job skills. Just fill out their job search interview and you'll find the jobs that are meant for you.

Start with the job application. Choose from a list of job types to decide what kinds of jobs you're interested in. Then choose the area you want to work. The downside for many of us is, only major cities are listed, so if you live too far from the city you're out of luck.

Then choose your skills from a job skills list. There's a drop down box with each job skill asking you how much experience you have with each. At this point you can also upload your resume. Now add a user name and password so they know who you are.

You'll instantly be matched with jobs that fit what you're looking for. There's also a place where you can see what you should be making based on your skills and education.
