Content sharing websites emerge like the flu virus, so I wonder what this one has to add to our world ? Well, the most important question in the interview (why, I ask you, why ?!) doesn't help much :

eHub: Why did you start this project? Menuism: (1) To scratch the ongoing itch of wanting to start and run our own business.

Sure, that's something I can relate to. But do you invent a site where you can review a restaurant's food just because you want to have your own business ? I wish menuism all the luck in the world.
