MSN Reporter : Sorry, our reporter is, err, late.

MSN is testing the MSN Reporter, a Digg style social News site which was developed by a Dutch MSN team in Q4 2006.

Interesting. Several other sites have been doing exactly that for a long time, and here comes Microsoft, late as always. Why have they waited so long to go live with it ??
