Plinkd offers a unique service to it's clients. It is a hosting provider that has it all : Weblogs running various systems including ruby on rails. The service is not free : Cheapest is 9,75 USD p/m but it will allow you to run up to 5 domains. Several other tools to design and maintain your domains are also available. The network is ready to become a social network, as soon as you are a registered user you are able to invite friends and expand your network. Looking at the options, features and the price I'd say Plinkd could become one of the greats if they aren't already.
