Be all that you can be - or something like that. That is evidently a major attraction of the game.
Sex is basic to the Second Life economy. How basic? When you enter the game your persona (avatar) has no genitalia. If you want that feature, you buy it...
I've talked elsewhere about the problems Second Life has had with "age play" - gamers whose avatars are designed to look underage so that can cater to clients in the game whose fantasies involve minors. In the past, SL has tried to curb this because, after all, it would be illegal in the real world.
