Try Mango : fabulous online language courses

Try Mango : online language courses
I always wanted to learn spanish. For those of you that don't know (about) me, I am a native dutch speaker, fluent in english, french and semi-fluent (is that even a word ??) in german. And I would like to learn spanish. No idea why.

However, I don't really have the time to do a proper course in spanish, so I have been looking for something I could do in little bits, on my own timeschedule, preferably on the internet, mainly to learn the basics. And I have found Mango.

Mango is in beta currently, but I gave it a try, and I am deeply impressed. Registering is easy, in 10 seconds you're online and you can start your course. Currently there is a limited number of course available, but Spanish for English speakers is there (I even spotted Japanese and Mandarin Chinese !!). I started it to see how it works and it is fabulous. First of all, you are completely free to switch lessons, slides and more. The course is very clear and well setup, every word is repeated as much as you need and you can click on any of the words in each phrase you are learning to have it pronounced again.

The site is built with use of flash and everything works perfectly. All courses are currently free. I can imagine certain courses will become paid in the future, when more are added. This site could be a major hit – I haven't seen anything this easy to use and so well built.

Hurry on over to Try Mango language courses !
