Tumblr : Blogging simplified
One of the latest additions to blogging types is Tumblr. How is it different ? Well, blogging is all about markup, images, links and such, whereas Tumblr leaves all of that behind and goes for simplicity. Nice idea, but if this is the solution for tomorrow, what are we going to do with all the existing blogging systems ??
What's Tumblr?

To make a simple analogy: If blogs are journals, tumblelogs are scrapbooks.
Blogs are great, but they can be a lot of work. And they're really built to handle longer-form text posts. Tumblelogs, on the other hand, let you easily and quickly post and share anything you find or create. (Tumblr.com)

So if I am correct, it is nothing more that short blogging ? I can do that !
