Utube sues Youtube

Mills and Used Rollforming Machines sues Youtube. Why ? Utube has received an offer for their domainname fro one million USD, and turned it down. The site gets heavy traffic because people mistype the site they wanted to visit : Youtube. The result is that Utube had to invest in it's website and the infrastructure behind it's website, costing a lot of money. They even received a call from the Australian Police saying they offer child porn on the site (that says something about the Australian police, doesn't it??).
All this sounds rather strange to me. Is it Youtube's fault that people can't spell ? I think I will sue anyone who misdials my number and therefore makes me unreachable for more than 5 seconds......
