Webjay Closes it's doors
the fact that Webjay, a social music site, closes it's doors and therefore enters the Deadpool.
No reasons have been given for the closure. Alexa traffic data for Webjay shows a gradual decline in traffic from a peak in early 2006.
Webjay was aquired by Yahoo in the beginning of 2006, so they probably sucked out the clientele and closed shop. I can't really comment on it as I have never used webjay - I can say that this is quite common in the business world.
