WebOS : Replace your desktop ?
Some time ago I reviewed Webtop. Webtop has gotten a lot of competitors, all offering approx. the same thing : A desktop OS on the internet, travelling with you wherever you go. Some examples : YouOS, EyeOS and others.

There have also been rumors that Google is to release an operating system (GoogleOS) that would be a *real* operating system, but it hasn't happened until now and Google keeps denying it. So what's the magic around webbased operating systems ? Well, it is a *logical* extension to the move of several apps you would normally run on your desktop, to the internet. Think of all the office apps you can use online, like Zoho's Writer or Google's Writely.
