Wetpaint offers a very nice way to create a website. From their website you can start immediately. The site is wellbuilt and smooth. But the best part is in the kind of site you can create. The websites created are actually WIKI's. All content you create can be made sharable and editable as you wish, even for non-registered users. But the very best of Wetpaint's features is the version control that is automatically builtin. Every time you save content it will ask you for a comment. Even if you ignore it, it keeps track of what changes have been made to every page and that information is accessible.
