Wikis
by Linda Roeder on May 20, 2008
Create a place online where you, the teacher, can add tools to help your students learn and also involve your student's parents in their child's education process. Add lessons and assignments to your wiki site so parents will know what their children are supposed to be doing, even when the child doesn't.

When you create your classroom wiki, add videos, links and other materials to help your students learn more if they want to. Create student accounts, or let Wikispaces do it for you.
A wiki is a great way for student, parents and teachers to keep in contact and communicate with each other. Check out the teacher handouts for more information and then sign up for your 30 day trial.
