Write your blogs without opening your Web browser. With Windows Live Writer you can write all your blog entries offline. Not only can you write your blog entries and have them posted without actually going to your blog, you can also notify other sites, such as Google and Technorati, that you have posted something new to your blog.
Download the windows live Writer software. Enter the information that the software needs to find your blog, ie which blog site, your user name and your password. Then write your blog entry. There are all kinds of editing tools to help you create a great looking blog post.
Once your blog post is finished you can upload it right to your blog. Before you do that though, go into your settings and set up the sites you want to ping. Make sure to include Google and Technorati. This will really help you get more readers on your blog.
