WriteToMyBlog or Writely ?

Filed in archive Newsdesk 2.0 on October 6, 2006

Everyone who blogs, from time to time or on a regular basis, knows there are quite some differences between all the interfaces to the different blog systems. Some of them can make your life hell, others are fine but far from perfect and so on. If you publish using different systems, like myself, it's nice to have one interface that allows you to publish on all different systems. And it's very nice to have that interface on the net, not on your pc.

WriteToMyBlog or Writely ?

WriteToMyBlog provides this. WriteToMyBlog gives you a rich interface that works like the major word processors, actually imagine using Writely to post to your blog.

But why use WriteToMyBlog if writely can already do the job ? Answer : I don't know. The only advantage of WriteToMyBlog is it can post to multiple blogs, even the same post to multiple blogs, which Writely can't. But how many of us have so many blogs ?
I don't think I'll ever use it. And neither should you. You would have to remember another account on the internet to do something you already can. Nice initiative, but on in a dozen, as the dutch say.
