Yesterday I talked about Pocket, comparing it to del.icio.us, and tried it out. Today there's a new competitor : Yahoo! Boorkmarks.


I can't emphasize the usefulness of online bookmarking tools. I move around a lot, so I need as much as I can online. If you choose to use Yahoo! for your mail, documents, webpages and such, it seem logical to use Yahoo! Bookmarks for your bookmarks. That way, you only login once and all your favorite apps are available. Is it any good ? Yes it is. Yahoo! Bookmarks is just as good as, let's say del.icio.us, just like Pocket has it's own appearance, so does Yahoo! Bookmarks. There are some options to organise and tag your bookmarks making them easy searchable.
A nice little fact : del.icio.us is owned by Yahoo!. Will they integrate the two or dismantle del.icio.us ?
