Zoho is working hard and releasing a lot of new apps right now. Recently Zoho released Zoho Start, a startpage where you login to that acts like a dashboard giving you access to all of you applications.

The newest product is Zoho Business. With this launch, Zoho has made a clear difference between private users and business (professional) users.

Zoho Business (ZB) is the new category we are launching and it is aimed at small & mid-sized businesses. ZB will be available in two versions - Free & Pro. Below are some of the highlights of Zoho Business.

• Single Sign-on across several Zoho Apps

• Telephone Support and more.

Zoho Personal will remain free for private users. I believe the distinction between the two is a good thing, as it becomes much clearer what you get if you pay and what you get if you don't. And to be honest, for personal use, you don't need certain applications that business users really need.

Google does exactly the same with ther Google Apps for you domain - a free version and a commercial version are available. The two (Zoho and Google) are in a race together, and it is impossible to say who will win, as they both have a lot of very strong points.
